The contents of these seminars are intended to help you, the married couple, communicate more effectively about your life together.
Directives and teachings are given, but the primary purpose of the material is to prompt you to really think. To that end, questions are asked throughout the material.
You and your mate can write your responses to those questions for the purpose of discussing them more fully among yourselves. If you find that they generate difficult reactions, we encourage you to solicit a professional counselor to help you through the discussions.
Make sure you allot plenty of time (at least an hour) to go through the material presented in this section. Don’t just blow through the questions and answers. Schedule adequate time to carefully ponder and talk about the information at hand.
