Launched in September, 2008, MarriageMate is seeking to become the largest social networking and community site for married and soon to-be married individuals to share their relationship experiences and problems, and give advice or seek out advice from peers or professionals that specialize in marital relationship issues.

MarriageMate is focused on creating a great site for users that is somewhere they can come to get advice, feel supported, make friends or just relax.

Based on strong interest, MarriageMate closed a round of funding in August 2008 from a supportive private investor.

MarriageMate's vision was conceived by a succesful entrepreneur who teamed up with a world-renowned psychotherpist, author, and lecturer dedicated to building a premier marital advice and counseling web site.
